First Things First
Before we can represent your business on social media we need to know all about your business. What marketing are you already doing? Who is your current demographic? Who is your ideal demographic? What collateral do you have in place? Are you using the right social channels? Just like with our major website design projects, we ask a LOT of questions first!
Once we've got a vibe for your business we'll arrange a virtual consultation on the video platform of your choice (or Zoom by default).
The 60 minute session can cover 1 – 2 of the following matters:

Social media audit is required before we can manage your social media. If applicable, fee will be added at the checkout & we'll be in touch to arrange a time that suits you.
Min. commitment period is 6 months however we recommend 12 months for best results. After initial six month period a cancellation period of one month applies to cease services. You will be billed each month, a month in advance. Failure to pay will result in cease services plus additional fees.
You are still responsible for your social accounts & you'll still be required to monitor & respond to visitor posts, inbox messages & delete any spam. Does not include photo or video shoots, suitable brand images & video must be supplied or additional charges will apply.
