Our History
At some industry type shindig, a group of people met over drinks & nibbles. Over the course of the night it became apparent that we all shared frustratingly similar experiences. We'd all met business owners who were trying to fix website projects that had gone horribly wrong; & it was getting more frequent. Some had been ripped off by dodgy operators, some had tried to do a DIY site builder & had run out of patience. It seemed like a never ending list of ways Web projects could go wrong.
That evening we had an idea. We formed a side project; a loose network of experienced designers, developers & other web professionals with one goal; to rescue as many broken websites, out-of-control projects & frustrated business owners as we could.
After some time of providing Website rescue services we moved to GT Design Studio full time & the rest, as apparently someone said at least once, is history.
Today, we strive to hold as closely to our founding purpose through our work with charity organisations.
Your Website should fit around you & your business not the other way around. We don't use templates, we don't force you onto the platform that 'we always use'.
We don't believe in vague hourly rates. We trust in our process & our ability to get all the information we need so we're comfortable giving our clients a fixed price for our projects.
We're dedicated to delivering on time. We'll give you a breakdown of delivery dates &, as long as we have everything we need, we'll meet our deadlines.
There's nothing worse than being ghosted. You'll get a dedicated project manager & they'll be in touch from the start of your project right up until after we've finished.
